I am an American, born and raised in the the Mid and South-West.  After graduating from a small college in Iowa (the original Cornell founded 10 years before that upstart school on the East Coast) I joined the Peace Corps and headed to Asia.  Over 30 years later, I’m still in Asia.  I moved from the Philippines to Hong Kong in 1988.  Now together with my husband I own a small factory in China that specialized in organic cotton terry.
